is via UPS ground unless otherwise stated. Fees are calculated based on weight and location.

Due to fraud and security precautions, we do not ship overseas.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Delivery of your items depends on your location and the shipping method. Typical deliveries take 2 to 10 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.

TO UNITED STATES:
Please allow up to 14 Business days.

TO ALASKA, HAWAII and PUERTO RICO:
7-14 business days.

TO CANADA:
6-12 Business days.

TO INTERNATIONAL:
Unavailable at this time.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?
Depending on product availability, orders will be sent from our store or directly from the manufacturer.

CAN I SHIP TO A P.O. BOX? All UPS deliveries must be addressed to a physical location. Regular ground orders may be sent to a P.O. Box address. Orders being delivered to a P.O. Box can take additional 2-3 business days to arrive.

CAN MERCHANDISE BE RETURNED?
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us immediately for a refund*. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL please see our Return Policy below. The Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.  A
20% restocking fee will be assessed (except for goods damaged in transit). No custom orders may be returned.

We take pride in the performance of our website but sometimes we hear from people who have had problems getting through. In our experience, performance problems on the Internet can occur for a variety of different reasons, including the time of day, congestion on the Internet itself, problems at an individual Internet Service Provider, or problems at a website. RMA: Return Merchandise Authorization

Time to request an RMA:
15 days from delivery date to request an RMA, 15 days from RMA issue date to return the product to our warehouse.

Return for exchange or refund:

Types of returns accepted: All defective products.

  
Exceptions:
Tapes, videos, DVD's, CD's and video games may be exchanged only.  
Health and Beauty items if opened are non-returnable.  
Food products of any type are non-returnable.

20% restock fee for all non-defective merchandise.  Shipping and Handling:
All returns must be sent to us prepaid, ALL Shipping and Handling charges are an expense paid to a third party and are NON-Refundable.
Obtaining an RMA:
You may obtain an RMA by calling Alpha Engineered Products at (800) 207-7647. Obtaining an RMA does not guarantee the return will be exchanged or refunded. We reserve the right to inspect and determine the policy which applies at the time of arrival to our warehouse. NOTE: All returns must have a valid RMA number on the label or our warehouse will refuse the package.
Shipping Damage:
If you receive an item that is broken due to shipping damage or some other event prior to its arrival, you MUST make a claim within three (3) Business days. If the claim is made within three business days, we will issue you a prepaid label for you to return the item to our warehouse and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost upon receiving the returned item.  Not applicable to orders outside the continental United States.
If you are in need of the item, you may elect to have us send the replacement in advance along with the prepaid return shipping label. If this option is elected you will be charged for the entire cost of sending you the replacement in advance, this charge will be refunded once we have received the item being returned. In some cases we may instruct you to hold the item inspection and pickup by the Carrier, such as UPS. In other cases you may be instructed to bring the item with our prepaid return shipping label to the nearest UPS Store or Post Office for drop off. If the item is returned but determined that it was damaged after its delivery and not prior to its delivery, then the standard return policy will be applied and all of the additional cost will be at your expense. We reserve the right to be the sole determining party as it relates to this policy. If the claim is not made within three business days, our standard Return Policy and Procedure will apply.
